MiniMem – MaxiMem

PS Prozesstechnik GmbH has the right membrane filtration unit for your application. Over many years of experience also with our own test units we have developped 2 standard lab units presented here: MiniMem and MaxiMem. They differ mainly in the minimum working volume and membrane area. They are versatile in the type of process and membrane used: reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration. All units can be used for aqueous applications as well as any organic solvent. If needed the units include stirring of the feed vessel and electronic level control for automated diafiltration or full automation of concentration and diafiltration processes. Pressure, temperature, feed flow and optionally permeate flow are electronically indicated and recorded. All units are temperature controlled. With heat exchangers integrated in the membrane modules, cooling is possible even with low amount of feed in the vessel at the end of a concentration step. Membranes of any manufacturer can be used. We can deliver a starter package of membranes according to your appilcation.
