XPT-Software:

In the development window the master user is developing and testing methods. A method consists of three sub.methods: Camera Method (lighting, region of interest), Filter Method (contrast enhancement, inverting, subtraction of background) and Analysis Method (measurement range, filtering particles by size or shape). All methods are saved. A user without access can not change methods. Methods can be saved as validated, which makes them unchangeable for any user. Result files can be saved in unchangeable format. The software is according to 21CFR Part 11.

On the left side of the development window you see the original image (top), filtered image (middle) and analysed image (bottom) continuously during measurement.

A measurement is performed as Single Measurement or Series of Single Measurements. In series of single measurements repeated measurements can be started and stopped by the user or by external signals. This gives an easy method for automated measurement rows.
