The concept:
A compact membrane filtration unit for automated concentration and diafiltration with integrated data acquisition. Sufficient membrane area and low dead volume for batches of 100 to 1000 ml. All types of flat membranes for reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration can be used

Complete System:
The MidiMem is a complete filtration system on a stainless steel frame. The product vessel includes level control and magnetic stirring. A heat exchanger for temperature control is part of the membrane module. Integrated high pressure pump and controlled feed pump automate diafiltration and concentrating. Electronic display and data recording of present pressure and temperature.

  • reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration
  • concentration, diafiltration, loop operation, batch and continuous
  • membrane filtration with small amounts of product
  • concentration, purification and desalting of valuable products
