The concept:
A flexible unit for all pressure driven membrane processes: reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration. Switchable between flat membrane module for screening of membranes and spiral wound or tubular module for larger membrane area and scale-up. Feed vessel with 2 or 5 l volume, big enough for most lab applications.

Complete system:
The MaxiMem is a complete filtration system on a stainless steel frame. The feed pump is frequency controled. The stainless steel control cabinet contains a PID temperature controler for the jacketed feed vessel and the membrane modules. Electronic display and optional data recording of present pressure and temperature.

  • concentration, diafiltration, loop operation, batch and continuous
