Working principle:
Heart of the unit is a membrane module with magnetic stirrer (pat pending). All flat sheet membranes for ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis can be used. Operating volume is typically 10-100ml ! This means the principle of cross flow filtration can be used for applications with very expensive substances - e.g. pharmaceuticals in early development stages.
Complete system with stainless steel housing, integrated high pressure pump, controled feed pump for automated diafiltration or concentrating process. Electronic display of temperature and pressure, integrated magnetic stirrers, membrane module with heating/cooling plate, operating vessel with level control.

• reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration
• concentrating, diafiltration, recycle-mode, batch and continuous
• application of cross-flow filtration to smallest volumes
• concentrating, washing, cleaning and separation of molecules
